Structured Learning Experience Students and Businesses Recognized

Recently, Salem Tech, recognized students and businesses as part of the Structured Learning Experience (SLE) program.  Company representatives and students gathered for a series of breakfasts to highlight the companies who hire our students while they are seniors in high school.  The SLE program gives students the opportunity to better prepare them for career preparation by combining school-based learning with work-based learning to ensure studnets become skilled workers.  Company mentors work closely with the students and serve as their instructors during their employment time.  Jack Swain, Superintendent of Schools thanked the following company representatives for their time and dedication in working with our students:
