ACADEMY OF VOCAL MUSIC

• Throughtout the course of the Academy, students are enrolled in a major performance ensemble—the PMHS Eagle Singers—as well as an Advanced Music Class.
• The Advanced Music course is taught using a music technology lab which introduces the student to the world of music theory and composition using state-of-the-art MIDI keyboards, as well as composition software and equipment.
• Academy students receive a private or small group voice lesson with a vocal specialist twice a month at zero cost.
• In addition to a variety of shows, plays, and concerts that take place at Pennsville Memorial High School, students will participate in a Senior Recital.
• An audition is required during the admissions process for this academy.
